About us

Three generations of patient farming

Mkaada began with nine grafted saplings on family land. Today our orchards run on drip irrigation, compost from our own presses and canopy management that lets every fruit ripen in full sun.

We never gas-ripen. Fruit leaves the farm at the exact stage it should, graded by hand and cooled the same evening.
